My mom and I stopped in here for lunch. First off they only have tables with large chairs. My mom and I are both 5'2 and our feet just kind of dangled the whole time we were at the table. Our waitress took our order. We decided on a club sandwich and a deluxe grilled cheese. I also got onion rings. They tasted like store brand frozen onion rings. They were baked not fried. They were disgusting. The menu description of the deluxe grilled cheese sandwich said thick cut ham and tomato with more cheese than even the packers could handle. It came with a thin slice of ham and hardly any cheese. The only thick thing on this sandwich was the rotten tomatoes. My mom said the club sandwich was gross. Cheap weird Turkey and the same gross tomatoes. She liked the salad that she ordered as her side. The whole time we were there our waitress never filled our coffee. We had to ask for utensils and she only gave us a fork. Horrible experience. We won't be going back.

Cute and quaint, I met the owner who worked right along side with the waitress. They were very attentive and provided pleasant conversation. I love their coffee and the food was served promptly and hot. I will add that they could have been a bit more organized, multiple people came and asked us if our order had been taken long after the fact. We will be returning, however, and I’m excited to see The Stupid Cow grow!

Stopped in for breakfast, such a great surprise! Adorable interior, opening an outdoor seating area, great waitress and my omelette was the best I have had in a long time! Locally owned, tons of charm...

I got the special of the day. A chicken cordon bleu sandwich. It was amazing. Wonderful and friendly staff. Made me feel like I was coming to family dinner. Highly recommend.

I'm from the south and have been looking for some really good, down-home cooking like I had growing up. While out looking for a new place to try, my mom and I happened to drive right by this place and the name made us pull in. I checked out the menu and ratings on google and decided it looked legit enough that it could actually be pretty good. Man from the moment we set foot in there, we knew we found something great. We came an hour before closing so there were hardly any customers, which was excellent because we got to learn a lot from the amazing owner and how The Stupid Cow came to be. In addition to the family feel atmosphere, the food was SO good! Just like down south! The pancakes are to die for and the hashbrowns and omelettes are stellar! OH and the iced tea is sun brewed and tastes AMAZING. Another excellent selling point for me is that he makes the chicken fried steaks by hand! That's right, no frozen patties here!!! I have yet to find a place that doesn't serve frozen chicken fried steak patties instead of the real thing. As you can imagine I'm very excited to come back and give it a try! He did let me sample the gravy that goes with it and its freaking perfect! Oh and he sources as much as he can from the local producers and farmers, which is always something to keep an eye out for! So I highly recommend giving this place a shot! Sending a huge thank you to the owner for spending so much time with us and sharing his excellent food and stories with us!
